The system of military training in civilian university in the United States (Great Britain / France / Germany)

The article is dedicated to matter of system of military preparation (SMP) in civil high schools in USA, Great Britain, France and Germany. In the article are considered and briefly described the main features of system of military preparation of foreign countries. In article is granted the common understanding about the device of the system and distinctive features of these (specification) systems in different countries.
