System of correlated indicators of quality management in consulting services

The author proposes adapted system of indicators which allows to evaluate perceived value of consulting services. The procedure to analyse questionnaires of consulting customers based on calculation of correlations is offered. The author identifies key factors (indicators) that have dramatic effect on customers when they choose consulting provider.
