Систематический обзор клинических рекомендаций по лечению гастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезни

Гастроэзофагеальная рефлюксная болезнь (ГЭРБ) - распространенное заболевание среди взрослых и детей. Предполагаемая распространенность составляет от 8 до 33%, и ожидается, что со временем цифры будут только увеличиваться. Изжога и регургитация считаются классическими симптомами заболевания, но оно может проявляться и различными атипичными, внепищеводными проявлениями, что снижает качество жизни больных и приводит к гиподиагностике. Лечение у взрослых включает в себя сочетание модификации образа жизни с фармакологическими, эндоскопическими или хирургическими вмешательствами. Научные общества из Европы, Америки, Азиатско-Тихоокеанского региона, Южной Америки и Средней Азии предложили руководства, основанные на современных представлениях о гастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезни. В обзорной статье представлен анализ схем лечения из десяти различных мировых рекомендаций по диагностике и лечению ГЭРБ, что выявило в большинстве случаев схожие алгоритмы ведения пациентов. Выявлены некоторые различия в медикаментозных подходах, что вероятно обусловлено различным уровнем здравоохранения каждой из стран. Различия в модификации образа жизни рассматривались в сфере выявленных новых сценариев патогенеза ГЭРБ.
