Systematization of disincentivizing factors of municipal formations sustainable development: measures for overcoming

The article examines a set of factors that hinder the sustainable development of municipal formations, using Yaroslavl oblast as an example. It emphasizes the development of a system of measures to address these barriers and offers practical recommendations for local self-government bodies to improve policy in the field of sustainable development. A mechanism for interaction among key drivers is defined, based on systemic cooperation.
