Systemization and development of techniques for leaders personal qualities identification at various levels and scopes of activity

The author considers that a person can possess a psychophysiological proneness to one of the types of the management behaviour: ‘civil service’, ‘entrepreneurship’, ‘business-activity’. The systemization and development of techniques for the identification of personal qualities of leaders at various levels and scopes of activity are considered. On the basis of Cattell’s test, average personality ratings of state leaders and manager-entrepreneurs are shown. Two special types of personality are considered: entrepreneur and businessman. These concepts are compared inter nos. Their meaning is under hold. The personality identification algorithm developed by the author is presented. It permits to evaluate the degree of adequacy for the leadership position of the given person in the specific organization. A set of formulas for the judging of the entrepreneur’s capability to make oneself a cold evaluation is offered. The average expert comment is received as an objective evaluation.
