A systematic model of a balanced international industrial policy: methodological aspects

The article examines the relationship between the effectiveness of modern industrial policy and the implemented model of network interaction of developed regions of the world. In such regions, pockets of digitalization are forming, which tend to gradually expand. Within the framework of the study, a theoretical analysis of the basic distinguishing features of territorial levels of discreteness of industrial policy was carried out. The choice of interethnic industrial policy as a mechanism for expanding the network interaction of industrially developed regions of various countries is substantiated, its system parameters are revealed. The main elements of a system multilevel model of a balanced interethnic industrial policy focused on expanding the network interaction of industrially developed regions in the conditions of digitalization are outlined.
