System nature of financial and economic stability of non-financial corporations

Article is devoted to systematization of knowledge of factors of destruction of financial and economic stability of non-financial corporations accumulated by economic science. The problem of growth of a debt component in structure of corporate finances is specially considered. Nature of impact of microeconomic (corporate) and macroeconomic factors on change of financial and economic stability of non-financial corporations is disclosed. It is shown that at this conjuncture, the problem of increase (providing) of financial and economic stability of non-financial corporations is solved only on the basis of activization of investment activity of leaders of national economy in the form of absorption of outsiders of development.
