The article is devoted to the study of theoretical aspects of the systemic transformation of management processes of public services using digital technologies. The purpose of the study is to develop recommendations for the development of a data management system and online platforms to provide citizens and enterprises with convenient and streamlined access to public services. In the process of studying the topic of transformation of management processes of public services, scientific works of both foreign and domestic researchers on the topic of the study were covered. Currently, there is a growing need for a systemic transformation of management processes in order to use the advantages of digital technologies. Already today, many countries of the world are testing the process of innovative technologies in the system of public procurement, banking products and services. More and more new technologies and innovations are being created that form new business models and create new opportunities for participants in the digital economy. As a result of the study, it was revealed that governments of all countries of the world are faced with problems in the provision of public services, so the governments themselves are aimed at developing a management system to improve the efficiency of the implemented digitalization programs, which should help reduce administrative costs for the provision of public services. Many governments continue to invest in infrastructure, develop digital platforms and expand the range of services available electronically to further improve accessibility and efficiency for their citizens and businesses.
