System and information analysis of innovation project management practice

The article considers information about theory and practice of innovation project management in Russian vertically integrated oil company. Studied project management literature and Russian oil company standards of innovation project management. The importance of project management knowledge and skills has been revealed. Approaches and methods of innovation project management in Fuel and Energy Complex of Russian Federation has been described.
