System-modular approach in the development of the work program of the discipline "Fundamentals of device design" on the example of the first module

The article discusses the issues of optimizing the development of the work program of the discipline "Fundamentals of device design" in the direction of training 24.05.06 from the point of view of modular design. The question of the organization of the educational process of the first module is considered, which is based on the knowledge of students obtained in the disciplines: engineering graphics, theoretical mechanics, resistance of materials. The place of the module in the structure of the discipline's curriculum is determined. The criteria for evaluating the performance of the first module on the basis of the competencies being formed, taking into account the student's independent work in the learning process, are considered.
