Systemic unity of the blanket norms of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation and the resolutions of the Government of the Russian Federation

Resolutions of the Government of the Russian Federation regulate various spheres of criminal procedure. They are integrated into criminal proceedings by means of blanket links, but the attitude to this method of presentation of legal norms on the part of the scientific community is ambiguous. On the basis of scientific and applied aspects the author shows the significance and relevance in modern criminal proceedings of blanket rule-making, which is a special legal communicator.
