Systemic imperatives of choice in the paradigm of management of regional economy

The results of the analysis of development trends of the regional economy and examines the theoretical and methodological approaches to the solution of problems of management of an economic complex, in particular, the sustainable growth of GRP and consolidated budget. It is shown that in conditions of private ownership of enterprises and a large share of nonresidents, significantly impairs the performance of development sectors of the regional economy, the volume of investments do not even reach the size of simple reproduction, there is an obvious degradation of the industrial complex. Discusses the need for clarification and adjustment of those theories that affect the balance of interests of private owners of enterprises and the organization and interests of the population of the region in which they are geographically located, using regional resources and have historically been sources of income in the region. The study was conducted on the example of Altai region.
