Systemic measures to improve development institutions and increase investment attractiveness of the arctic zone of the Siberian federal district

The article considers systemic measures to improve development institutions and increase the investment attractiveness of the Arctic zone of the Siberian Federal District. The main factor limiting the development of the service economy, manufacturing industries in the Arctic zone is shown - transport costs. Systematic measures are proposed to improve the institutional climate and increase the investment attractiveness of the Arctic zone for potential residents.
