System bases for development of personnel marketing

This article discusses the conceptual approaches to the study of the personnel marketing representing a system of organization’s relationship with the staff. The paper notes that the personnel marketing is quite rarely used by Russian enterprises. If it is applied, it is substituted with planning functions and advertising campaign of organization. The article describes the main stages of the theoretical development of the personnel marketing concept, identifies its key elements.
