System analysis and information technologies for design and building the territorial complex of water supply

In the article the problem of control of projecting and construction works of regional water supply systems under limited budget financing is considered. The method of analysis and classification of water supply objects of the Samara Region by water sources parameters is proposed. The scheme of administrating of the territorial water supply complex is developed. For the automatic projecting of water supply systems by the modern water purifying equipment the intellectual system of decision-making support is proposed.
