The system analysis and optimization of design decisions of power supply in the residential building at modern building technologies

On the basis of system analysis principles the approach at the choice of optimum variant of performance the systems of heat-, gas-, water- and electrosupply of a designed apartment house from a position of the consumer, the builder and the state is developed. The analysis of comparative efficiency was spent on the basis of DEA methodology. The estimation of generalized integral power efficiency at variants of per-formance the engineering systems of a multi-storey apartment house is made.
