System analysis of quality and reliability of functioning of difficult technogenic complexes

The questions of guaranteeing the bases features of combine technical objects (reliability, durability and safety), satisfying to the necessary level of guarantee, are considered in this paper. It is supposed that initial information on prediction functioning conditions of technical systems are not full. The conception of information-statistic approach to the forming of structures the combine technical systems on the base of information-linguistic description, system-morphological methods, nonformal analyses and variation principles and choosing methods of extremal distributions of random values are suggested. Information-system methodology of optimal control by information processes and building technologies of combine systems with guaranteed reliability is carried out.
