The article considers the application of system analysis in the logistics design of warehouse systems and their individual elements as an important stage in which the effectiveness of the future system is laid. The systematization of existing economic and mathematical methods is given, and the essence of the General theory of systems and system analysis is described. The main stages of applying system analysis in the logistics design of warehouse systems are formulated and described.
