The system analysis and the approach theoretically and conceptually define the content, structure and orientation of technologies for training (training and recovery, sport results and the combination of the training theory and the adaptation theory under stress. The staging of adaptation processes has been specified, goals and objectives of fundamental and applied nature have been presented. The integration of the Department of Theory and Methodology of Physical Training and Sports, the Department of Sports Perfection, the Department of System Programming and high qualified coaches such as V.B. Ezhova, A.A. Kravchenko, N.I. Golubenkova and V.M. Evstratova enabled the sportsmen of South Ural State University (NRU, to achieve good results in the international arena in Russia. There are sportsmen of different age and qualification who have been confirmed as candidates for the national team. The coordination of the activities on the part of the Sports Club Director A.S. Aminov and the Institute Director V.V. Erlikh contributes to the solution of sports problems and enhances our good results. The system analysis of sports technologies is a set of methodological tools applied in a longterm training in order to achieve a stable long-lasting adaptation, good results and methodological reasoning for complicated problems of integrated training. The generalized models of functional and metabolic states in actual dynamic situations of a training process are the basis of the research.
