System analysis of the level of innovative development of Russia

For Russia, the dynamics of the transition to an innovative economy plays a crucial role in shaping the future. That is why it is necessary to quickly monitor the effectiveness of the implementation of the current Development Strategy. Since the separately existing indicators of statistics do not allow a broad assessment of the situation in the field of innovation development, the systematic assessment method was applied in the article. The most well-known indicators for measuring innovation were considered and the indicative coincidence method was applied. In the course of the study, an assessment was made of changes in the field of innovation in the country, as well as of the most strong and weak points in the development of the new economy.
