Internal monitoring system of educational environment quality in a higher school

The article considers the educational environment of a higher school as a system, with specific features of organization of the external (outboard) and internal (intersystem) monitoring of the quality of educational environment. The author defines the educational environment concept, shows the significance of the system monitoring as a means of the quality management on the basis of components (subsystems) of the educational environment.
