System approach and the regional model of the development production of ecological clean food

The theoretical and methodological basis of the study was the fundamental position of the economy of the regions and branches of the agri-food complex. From the position of a systematic approach, regional development of organic food production implies the existence of managing and controlled subsystems, goals, methods and tools to achieve them. It identifies constraints and explores new measures to stimulate the development of organic food production at the regional level.
