A systemic approach to the analysis of the management system of labor productivity growth factors in the agricultural sector of the economy

The current state of the agrarian sector of the economy is associated with a number of problems that are caused by factors of the external and internal environment that destabilize agricultural production at its various stages, a slowdown in the turnover of working capital, a decrease in gross agricultural output, and a decrease in the rural population. In such conditions, the issues of effective organization and management of the agricultural business, timely adoption of managerial decisions to eliminate negative situations and phenomena in each individual sub-sector of the agro-industrial complex, to increase the efficiency of the use of personnel, and increase their productivity are especially acute. The article presents the results of a scientific study of the state of agriculture in modern conditions, based on project-target and system approaches that define the main concepts for improving the management system of agricultural production based on the state strategy, target indicators indicated by programs and national projects, in relation to the agro-industrial complex. Recommendations have been developed on the management of labor resources in the agro-industrial complex, the factors of the external and internal environment that affect the increase in labor productivity of workers have been studied, the reserves for its growth, methods and techniques for stimulating workers in order to interest them in the results of agricultural production in sectors and sub-sectors of agriculture have been identified.
