System approach to the problem of calculation of the massive separator of the FTE high-speed rolling bearing and algorithm of the choice of its rational parameters

We consider the application conditions and the work of the high-speed rolling bearings used in aircraft engines (FTE). As the object of analytical analysis accepted one of the most difficult in design terms widely used design massive separator performed from a polymeric material and a rigid connection of the side metal washers, rivets related. To consideration taken as the most difficult operating conditions of high-speed rolling bearings and their separators, namely, the operation of lubricated and cooled by cryogenic liquids. Established and systematized all the factors affecting a massive separator when working in these conditions, and the results of their effect on its performance. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the working conditions of the designated high-speed rolling bearings FTE developed and presented to the structural and functional diagram of the separator, which reflects the whole system of factors affecting it. Set calculated dependences, allowing to determine how external forces acting on the separator at work, and the efforts of the interaction between its structural elements are made of different materials with different physical and mechanical properties. It is shown that the most loaded element separator are rivets. Methods and algorithms to solve this problem, which allow us to estimate how the deformation and stress state of structural elements of the separator, and the proposed systems approach provides a reasonable selection of the parameters of the separator as one of the most important structural elements of high-speed rolling bearing FTE, determine its performance.
