System approach to the question of actualization of product quality management (services)

The article examined the evolution of the development of quality management of products (services) and attitudes towards it on the part of manufacturers and consumers in developed countries over the 50 year period of the last century and to the present. The relevance of the influence of the development of quality management within the country on the achievement of a certain level of consumer culture and its significance for enterprises is emphasized. The role of global processes in the economy is established. The need for a systematic approach and understanding of the properties of the system in creating effective QMS is determined. The conclusion is drawn on the interconnection of the system and process approaches that predetermine the effective implementation of QMS in Russian organizations and reduce entrepreneurial risk when they achieve a certain quality of the products (services) they produce.
