Systematic approach in complex bio-informational diagnostics and students' Organism adaptive abilities improvement

To assess the level of health and effectiveness of restorative programme, the students are divided into two groups: the first one - students-sportsmen (n = 70), the second one - students who don't go info sports (n = 62); control group (n = 30). Correction was carried out within the framework of induction programme 'Brain rate', gymnastics-stretching, self-massage, Sujok method. It was found out that students' organism adaptive abilities were statistically improved under the influence of this programme.
