System approach in issues of labor migration as a factor of social and labor relations development in the Republic of Bashkortostan

This article discusses problems of labor migration, which the state, the society and the migrants themselves face. The author analyzes situation in the country and in the republic of Bashkortostan in the field of migration, and discusses the main positive and negative implications of the migration for the both countries.
