Situational center of managing the development of territory: concept, architecture, functioning scheme, information and analytical tools

The paper described experience in the creation of situational center of managing the development of territory in the Institute of System Analysis and Management of «Dubna» University. Presented the diagram of decision support, including five functions: a description of the current state, detection and ranking changes, trend analysis, forecast development, elaboration of recommendations. Proposed a unified methodological approach to the implementation of the decision support based on objects map of territory (OMT). Described methods and algorithms of decision support functions in GIS.
