Scanning of the macroeconomic environment, based on the example of the construction industry of the Rostov region

The article is devoted to the analysis of drivers of the development of the construction industry in the current macroeconomic environment. Combinations of factors that trigger changes consider authors under the prism of economic, social and technological environment. As a result of the study, conclusions were drawn about the nature and extent of the influence of the identified factors. The obtained results are sufficient for a preliminary assessment of the dynamics of changes occurring in the construction industry.
