In this article, the author cousiders some problems of Russiaʼs logistic market and warehouse real estate market. The analytical data of distinctive features of regional economic development and the factors constraining the development of the real estate market are shown. The author presents the comparative figures for the supply and demand in the warehouse market, and makes the predictions for its future expansion.
