The article analyzes the concept of inducing an employee of an internal affairs body to commit corruption offenses and examines the possibilities of countering this phenomenon. Attention is paid to the subjects of inducement, its possible forms and other features. Theoretical conclusions based on regulatory and legal material are illustrated by examples from law enforcement, including judicial practice.
