Screening of spring soft wheat varieties by grain quality indicators

The article presents the results of a study on the study of spring soft wheat varieties in the conditions of the Ob region of the Altai Territory in order to evaluate and select samples with high and stable indicators on the signs of grain quality as sources for their use in further breeding work. Objects of research of 11 varieties of spring wheat of domestic selection. As a result, the varieties were selected as sources according to the characteristics: grain vitreousness, protein and gluten content in the grain.
