Hidden prehistory of vague everyday Russian forensics

This article speaks about the history of the formation and development of Russian forensic science, its “white spots”, of which there is quite a lot on careful examination of the relevant legal literature. The author reasonably raises the question of the incorrect description of the evolution of the considered branch of scientific knowledge in official domestic historiography and the need for a more objective (weighted) approach to the search and consolidation of its age-old roots. Even a superficial glance at the history of the formation and development of the domestic legal system, which is part of its state (law enforcement and regulatory) bodies, is demonstrated by the absence of a systematic approach to its objective sanctification in the domestic legal literature. This situation is due to a number of objective and subjective factors, which cannot be disassembled and analyzed in a single article. Nevertheless, within the framework of this publication, an attempt has been made to critically comprehend well-known and generally accepted forensic concepts and categories, such as the forensic characterization of crimes, the private method of investigating individual crimes, the methodology for conducting forensic and forensic studies with an emphasis on significant contribution to their scientific and theoretical justification of Russian scientists. In conclusion, the author of the article advocates the need to master the forensic science of a fundamentally new approach to the prevention, detection, detection and investigation of crimes based on the active use of private forensic techniques (technologies) for the above purposes, which, if properly used, can significantly reduce traditional procedural deadlines , that is, lead to the detection and investigation of the crime at the lowest cost.
