Hidden leadership and variety of success models in modern society

Modern society and the educational system have entered the era of inevitable transformations. Modern transformations lead to a change in the life strategies of the individual and models of success. This encourages pedagogy and psychology to revise ideas about personality and leadership in the light of the interdisciplinary approach. Current changes are discussed here in methodological coordinates: simplicity and complexity, unity and diversity, certainty and uncertainty, stability and transitivity. The hierarchical model of life organization is replaced by a network, leadership in this model acquires a hidden and diffuse character. Transformations of forms of leadership are most clearly represented in adolescence and youth, they are directly associated with a change in ideas about society, with the diversification of lifestyles and a variety of success models in modern times. An important role here is played by people with an internal locus of control, focused on the values of self-realization and the creation of new cultural practices.
