Investigation case of colonel F. Degarriga: on the question of the «slave trade» in the Siberian lines in the middle of the XVIII century

The article refutes historiographical myth created by a famous Siberian publicist S. S. Shishkov about «unrestrained slavery» and abuse of administrative power in colonized Siberia against Altaic and Dzungar refugees during the defeat of Dzungaria by Qing China.
