Investigative situations in cases of violations of fire safety rules during the operation of multifunctional buildings and structures

One of the problems of legal regulation of illegal acts in the field of fire safety, of course, is the complexity of the detection of crimes of this category. At the same time, the investigation of violations of fire safety rules committed in multifunctional buildings is complicated by a large number of alleged subjects (owners, tenants, visitors), the need to delineate responsibility be-tween participants, identify cause-and-effect relationships between the act of each and the con-sequences, and establish the degree of guilt of each. The effectiveness of the investigation directly depends on the initial investigative and op-erational investigative measures, on the ability to study and compare facts with law enforcement officials, the skills of the investigative authorities and the knowledge of building private versions, depending on the current investigative situation and further building an investigation plan for the case. The article attempts to classify investigative situations in cases of violations of fire safety rules in the operation of multifunctional buildings and structures.
