Difficulties of the criminal-legal estimation of the characters of crimes, completed with special crueliness

This article contains generalizations of scientific ideas about the understanding of the essence and content of crimes committed with particular cruelty, on the basis of which such concepts as "special cruelty", "crimes committed with special cruelty" are formulated. As a result of the study, approaches to improving the legislative regulation of norms providing for criminal liability for crimes committed with particular cruelty are summarized, recommendations are formulated that contribute to a proper legal assessment of particular cruelty.
