At the present stage there is a great variety of forms and methods of corporate training, as well as an abundance of different research approaches to its improvement. The article will consider the method of corporate governance, widely used in Western companies under the name "70:20:10". The authors consider the specificity of the implementation of the approach in the generally accepted corporate training system, the main difficulties to be overcome in this procedure. As a means of effectively maintaining the completeness of the method, the authors oppose the reduction or replacement of formal training, and conclude with suggestions for mitigating the implementation of the method in traditional corporate management systems.
