The article describes a clinical case of coronary artery aneurysm development in a 6-year-old child with Kawasaki disease. Medical case history testifies that disease was acute. Blood tests showed an increase in sedimentation rate of erythrocytes 36 mm/h, C-reactive protein was 14 mg/l, thrombocytosis - 500 thousand / μl, leukocytosis - 12 thousand/μl, neutrophilic - 70%. After recovery, ultrasonic encephalography was performed, which revealed an aneurysm of the left coronary artery up to 5.1 mm with an aneurysm extending over 1 cm. Examination in the subacute period revealed SARS-CoV-2 IgG antibodies. We believe that in this case, multisystem inflammatory syndrome cannot be ruled out.
