A case of manifestation of aggressive non-follicular lymphoma under the guise of cardiac pathology (clinical case)

Using the example of a case of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma 4A with cardiac involvement, which occurred under the guise of myopericarditis with rhythm and conduction disturbances, the difficulties of diagnosis and treatment that affect the outcome of the disease are presented. The clinical case demonstrates the need for an expanded diagnostic search in unclear situations using telemedicine technologies, modern instrumental and immunohistochemical studies.
