Acute obstructive intestinal obstruction caused by gallstones - a relatively rare intraoperative finding, to recognize before the operation is very difficult. A root cause of intestinal obstruction can assume only indirectly on the basis of a long history of gallstone disease, suspected or proved earlier cholecystoduodenostomy and indirect ultrasonographic signs. In the City Clinical Hospital № 7 in Krasnoyarsk for the year occurs up to 3 cases of intestinal obstruction caused by a gallstone obturation.
