Case of tubercular spondidal l2-l4

Tuberculous spondylitis is ranked first among all localization of bone and articular tuberculosis, accounting for 40-50% of the total number of cases. Nowadays, the number of patients with first time diagnosed spinal tuberculosis has significantly increased. This article presents a case of diagnosis and further treatment of tuberculous spondylitis L2-L4, which has resistance to mycobacteria tuberculosis to anti-tuberculosis drugs (isoniazid, streptomycin, rifampicin, ofloxacin).
