The Listener as a Subject of the Educational Process and their Role in Organizing Students' Independent Work

The article focuses on the recognition of the student as an active participant in the educational process, whose value is not limited only to completing educational tasks, but also includes his needs, interests and inner potential. The paper discusses how important it is for teachers and educational institutions to create conditions in which a student feels like an independent and significant person in the learning process. Special attention is paid to the role of students' independent work, which allows them to develop their independence, critical thinking and self-organizing abilities. It is important that the active position of the student, his personal characteristics and needs are taken into account in the educational process, which contributes not only to improving the quality of the educational process, but also to the development of internal motivation for learning. In the context of independent work, the student is considered as not just an object of influence, but also a subject of educational activity, whose opinion and participation in learning play an important role. The author reveals the importance of a humanistic approach in educational practice, where the value of a student lies in his ability to express himself, personal growth and solve professional problems.
