Economic processes management services in the institute of higher education and application of informational systems to automatize their activities

The present article takes appraisal of the current status of management services of economic processes in the institute of higher education and tendencies of its development. The problems of economic services in universities are displayed. It is shown that part of the problems can be solved using modern informational technologies. The factors that hamper the progress in establishing of the corporative integrated automatized informational system of management are described. Particularly there are signed the main reasons of staff resistance towards application of new informational technologies. Probable functional structure of the complex integrated informational system of the institute of higher education management is also suggested.
