Smart-adaptation of the educational complex in the conditions of smart specialization of the region

The need to maintain the efficiency of the regional economy stipulates the identification of its unique profile based on the use of the territory's advantages and activation of innovation activity, which leads to the transformation of requirements for labor resources, provoking the emergence of the relationship “smart specialization of the region – SMART adaptation of the educational complex”. The aim of the study is to identify the specifics of SMART adaptation of educational complex in the conditions of gaps in the labor market. The cyclic nature of the above-mentioned relationship is proved, SMART adaptation is considered as a process and a result; the activity of NI TSU within the framework of the project “Digital Chairs” is analyzed.
