Smart contract: possibilities and conditions of realization of technology on the example of property sale

In article the possibilities of use of technology of the smart contract at sale of real estate objects are considered. Approaches to understanding of the smart contract, a condition of realization of this technology are defined (blockchain, digitalization of subject of the contract, converting of cryptocurrency and so forth), the algorithm of operation of the smart contract at property sale is schematically illustrated, merits of use of technology to purchase and sale of the real estate come to light.
