The present article deals with organization of blended learning in higher educational institutions. The author studies the following elements of the blended learning: strategy of organization including resources supply; solution of the issues of administration and development of internal regulatory documents; information and communication technologies and special services supporting the electronic learning; methodology and content of e-learning. The paper compares different approaches to the blended learning in national and foreign literature, discusses the problems of its organization. The author gives examples and guidance for organization of the blended learning in a higher school.
