Estimated pricing as a tool of financial and economic management

The article considers the current problem for the construction industry related to estimated pricing. Currently, estimated pricing is one of the financial instruments that allows a construction company to take into account all the features of the construction industry in the cost of work. The article highlights the current problems of estimated pricing in the industry, as well as suggests possible solutions to such problems. First of all, at the state level, it is necessary to work out the methodology of calculation and estimated rationing in the construction industry in modern conditions.
