Meaning and modern technologies of meaning-making

The Man throughout his history lives surrounded by phenomena and processes, barely known to him and hardly understood. This is largely due to his need for cognitive activity. Agricultural and industrial production, and in recent years, information and biological technology, such as in vitro fertilization, are among the types of objects that are essential to humanity and mankind. Although these phenomena have not been studied to the necessary level, a person uses them in his practice and gets good results at the output with the help of a technique called technology. The notion of meaning, which has become significant for many aspects of human activity since the beginning of the XX century, undoubtedly refers to this kind of phenomena, hence there can be and are technologies of meaning, meaning-making and meaning-forming. Indeed, this notion, though widely used, has no strictly accepted definition and is often described with the help of metaphors. Modern technologies of meaning-making (transformation of meaning), represented by conceptualizations, narratives, fakes, insinuations and euphemisms, are considered in this article.
