Sense as a unit of text reality

In cultural area there exist several approaches to text analysis. This article considers the original conceptions of M.M. Bakhtin, R. Bart, Yu.M. Lotman and other scholars in the field of text phenomenon research. The author is of the opinion that the text functions as a mechanism «launching» thought and inducing to activity; it forms a certain logic of philosophic culture senses transmission process as an organic element of common to the world culture.
